Update by user Aug 13, 2021 There is no development I had no support and had to go ahead with purchase without any help… I wanted a grey computer but there was not one single person or text to support me. Just appalling. Please note my case has not been resolved and I hope Currys gets back to me after reading this review with a solution. Original review posted by user Aug 13, 2021 I dont like the fact that with Currys PCWorld there is no human contact. There are questions customer need to ask and would only be able to ask a human being. The lack of much stock online is also troubling and I wish these companies would do something about this. I think there is a lot to be improved and this company Should create a phone line 24/7. I tried to find out about stock and my question was never answered. User's recommendation: Avoid currys if customer support is important for you as it is for me.
