My son studying in Utar. He want to book a ticket, he called to the station today at 4 o clock. He called for 1 hour, then only a lady picked up. After she picked up, she is telling, line is not clear, can you call up again. When my son told, I was trying for 1 hour, she continue to hold the line, after 5 minutes are so, she suddenly put down the phone. Then he came to station to buy a ticket at 5, the person incharge in the counter saying your student card is not in online. My son applied for a online student card and got it, how it cannot be online. He just repeats the same answer. It's not available. Then what is the solution for the problem. Each staff is very irresponsible and unproductive. They are not customer friendly. They just work for name sake, no involvement and nothing. Govt should focus on improvement of govt staff
