Dear Friends, I cannot open the jar. It is so tight that nothing works, I even tried the Jar opener gripper, and sliding knife into threads of the lid. The crashing sound and the glass is crunching off, but nothing. My husband could not open it either with same things. Please be so kind to to refund my money.
