21 August 2020 ordered 1 jar Ketosis advanced, never received 21 September 2020 order and shipment notice received confirming another transaction (not approved) 21 October 2020 same as above. I have never received the first purchase and I did not authorise any additional payments. Please cancel any further orders, return my money for items never received, and remove my payment details, and email address from your data base
