The 5:09 am bus at Union Hill Park & Ride almost never arrives on time despite a huge line of people desperate to get to work. We normally wait at least 20 minutes in the freezing cold for a bus to arrive -- and when it does, there are only a few seats (if we're lucky). I don't know how a bus company can continue to operate in such a way. The going "joke" at the bus stop is how many buses will not show up. Unfortunately, it's not funny and this needs to be fixed. We pay good money for dismal service.
