I order an embroidered pillow from them mid November, thinking it will have plenty of time to get here before Christmas. the 2nd week in December came and no pillow. I called and emailed and called and emailed and nothing. finally, i found a host website for this company and posted a response. i finally heard back and they said it was sent to thee post office November 18the and they gave me a tracking number. when i checked withe thee post office, thee only thing they received was a notification saying a package was coming. No package ever got there. They never answered thee phone, returned my calls and finally after threatening them, they refunded my money and told me when thee pillow gets here, to send it back. there is no pillow coming and they are still blaming thee post office. they never spoke to me directly. There has been several other complaints about this company posted on BBB.com and all for thee same reason, delivery. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS SITE FOR ANY REASON. If you want something embroidered, go to personalizationmall.com. They do beautiful work.
