John deere 3032e with a loader.

I have had this tractor to several dealerships 3 times and headed there for the 4th time. when using the forks or bucket to move materials the bucket or forks creep forward and then the bucket or forks rock. Also when using the forks with scaffolding and the tractor running, the forks will creep down about 9" at the end of the forks, making it un-safe, When I put the forks or bucket in a position and have them stay there. The dealers repacked the bucket cylinders once and then replaced the bucket cylinders, but this has not fixed the problem. I not happy with a new tractor that doesn't perform the way I need it to.
