I purchased a ring for 89.00 and after approximately 3 weeks 2 of the stones fell out and I couldn't find the return label until may 20 I called and the rep told me that it was pass the 30 days and he would submit the claim and someone would get back with me via email and noone did so I returned the item on Thursday still waiting to see if I will be credited for the item I do not want a replacement
