My seventy something year old mother was in a car accident and ruined 2 tires. She was towed to Jensen Tire and Auto in Papillion, NE. They sold her 4 $193.00 tires for a 5 year old Honda Accord that she drives less than 10,000 miles a year. They also included a "protection plan" that was never discussed which cost $77.20. Her total bill was over $980.00. The poor lady had just been in an accident and they took full advantage of her situation and didn't explain anything to her. These people are the lowest of ***. DO NOT EVER GO TO JENSEN TIRE!!!!!!!!!!
