JD 1025

I bought a 1025 with hoe, The fittings welded to the hydraulic cylinders are rusting out, pitted and leaking. This is a fairly new machine and this should NOT be happening. I feel the steel used is a very poor quality and should not have been used. What can you do?? The machine runs great, and does a great job for it's size. Please respond shortly.
