Jabra Elite 75tDefective and Warranty Dept is failing me. I purchased a set of Jabra Elite 75t on 01/13/2021. I contacted Jabra on 04/11/2021 in regards to the earbuds no longer working. Left earbud will not charge anymore and the earbuds are now useless to me. They have been giving me the runaround since then. I purchased another new set of Jabra Elite 75t just so I will have working earbuds to use. I don't know what is going on with them but their Consumer Warranty Department has dropped the ball. I need HELP. I love the product but the Warranty Department is useless and I have had to run through hoops to try to get them to replace my defective earbuds.J User's recommendation: Beware!! They will sell you the new earbuds, but warranty is a nightmare!
