I bought a ps4 from a guy in offerups and paid 180$ for it. When i got home and tried to turn it on, the ps4 does work but it doesnt connect on tv. I tried couple of my tvs but it still didnt work. I even tried to use other hdmi ports but still no luck. I tried to contact the seller every hour but he does not reply. I wanna get refunded but i dont know the exact thing to do. Please help me.
