This is about the 50% off every forth visit. I eat at outback at least 3 times a week. They use to track it perfectly. Starting a month ago they stopped or say unqualified. It's not unqualified. I spend 35-55 dollars everytime. So I didnt keep my receipts last time so had to call and go threw my history. So that was 3 I got credit for. Well I had 2 already so after 35 min on the phone I got 3 more credits. Problem is I only got one. Because once she applied one I earned the credit. So the other 2 I lost . So 4 more visit I didnt get credit for. Called the other day. Spent 40 minutes before I hung up. Called today. Spend 28 minutes listening to "Expected wait time is more than 3 minutes" Well someone picked up and hung up. Now I'm in the phone 30 minutes 42 seconds waiting to get my credits. It's not worth it. You probably make more per hour than you gain sitting on the phone. Terrible terrible terrible. Oh and you cant do it online. Says it cant verify. I have the receipts. Dont Do earned User's recommendation: Dont eat there to earn rewards. Not worth the headache trying to chase them down. It's like loaning a friend money. Good luck getting and they just dodge your calls.
