Incomplete kit and no response from customer service

I received my basic kit without the case for the strips! The case apparently is important to keep the strips active. I have emailed 3 times and called customer service 5 times! I have been calling all the phone numbers that are listed they are all busy or a bogus number I have not received the case I was suppose to with the order. TERRIBLE customer service!

I can not find a phone number that is correct with someone who will answer, terrible customer service. Even the phone number on the package will not go through!

Order problem

I placed an order and 1 minute later I realized and sent to wrong shipping address. I immediately emailed… sent message…. nothing. Not even a confirmation they received email like most companies send. Then tried to look up a phone number and all numbers were bogus. They are a fraud! User’s recommendation: Don’t order from them.

THE PHONE NUMBER IS NOT FOR ANGEL LIFT AT ALL, GETS YOU TO A BACK HELP PLACE. THEY SENT MY PRODUCT TO SOMEWHERE IN NV AND I LIVE IN MA. NOONE WILL HELP ME AND THEY TOOK MY MONEY, I WILL BE CALLING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU
