It’s obvious RPM has no interest in what they call “customers”, just “COLLECT and MOVE ON” should be their motto.

Generic Website is not catered to assist "customers"', it's designed to give the illusion that a "customer" actually has legitimate options. Website gives RPM the ability to not communicate with payers as much as possible. Payment "options" are bogus, individuals still end up paying disclosed amount only in "feel better phrase". TAB OPTIONS have totally nothing to do with with resolving or making a legitimate resolution on account. RPM's concern is all about the creditors, this is a case of misleading and Reverse Psychology. The only communication involved between RPM and their "customer" are rude, one sided, and borderline threatening. Stear clear of RPM.
