I have experienced the same thing with free trial and subscription, as described by other customers here. This company uses baits to get you to buy a trial' bottle, and you go for it. Except in the fine print, they sign you up for the monthly purchase of whatever it is they are selling. Then if you don't call within 2 weeks, you get charged 74.99 for that 'free' bottle. If they used more consumer-friendly tactics to sell their products and provide more info about these things and what they do for you, instead of focusing on selling only this stuff, they would have higher ratings and less negative reviews. And by the way, that eyelash serum is irritating to eyes as *** you have to have a super steady hand to apply it to the lash line and not get it into your eyes. Who the *** puts irritants into a product you are supposed to use around your eyes?????????
