Customer service is non existent and entirely to difficult to get ahold of. I'm now stuck with a useless item and out approximately $60.00. Unless they can remedy the situation I will never purchase anything from banggood again and plan on passing my experience with them on to friends and family and anyone else. User's recommendation: Do not buy from this company unless you want to waste your hard earned money.
