I can not submit my 2020 (which is now very over due) tax return because SARS efiling gives me the message that because there was a tax directive issued for the transfer of my RA from Momentum to another insurance company there has to be a IT3 issued for the lump sum. I have requested this IT3 over 20 times. I can only request it form the clientcare portal but they do not understand what i am asking (showing that the people hired to deal with the public does not actually know anything about the processes and is very frustating) I was then told after a very heated phone call that they will ask the tax department, that was 2 months ago and i have had no feed or IT3 issued in this time.
