I used several providers before and I never had any problems. I have a simple and small WordPress site. Its traffic is moderate. But 3 days ago I saw several 500 errors. It was the first time I had such a problem. I turned to their support team. They said my site was too heavy. They told me to read their articles about that. But my site is NOT heavy at all. After a long discussion, I received no help or exact advice. But today the problem disappeared by itself. I did not do anything. And I suppose they did nothing either. So I do not know what the problem was. Now everything is OK, but I am disappointed with their service. Also, I do not like their dashboard. It is inconvenient. It took me more than an hour to find all the functions I needed.
