It is terrible to buy in this company because the process of returning unsuitable goods it is quite difficult. When the product is offered, it is impossible to return it, and the clients’ support does not help me to save this problem. I have contacted with three managers in the client support and nobody was able to help me in getting the refund. The website needs upgrading. Or, maybe, they do it on purpose, so that it is impossible to make a refund if the product is offered. I ordered some glasses there, they are not expensive, but still the inability to give my money back makes me really frustrated and disappointed. A chat box also doesn’t work properly, and that’s the reason I will never use services of this company any more.
