It is OK, but with a few reservations

This hosting is not bad. But I had some awkward moments with their tech support recently. Four days in a row, two of my servers were turned off. I saw that they did it. I wrote to their support team, but they denied that it was their fault. No explanations or apologies. That was strange and impolite. Apart from that, everything is OK. I turned to their support before, and they were friendly and helpful. Still, their recent behavior is unacceptable. That is why only 3 stars.

Support can be better, it took a long time to answer, urgent problems must be sold quickly, and as it was written above, they should be more polite.
