I changed my phone number and device and just wanted to get back into my account. I called customer service and they told me that there's nothing they can do because there's an issue with maintenance in the app. I asked them if there was a way for them to update my phone number on their end, and I was told no. There was no advice that I received other than wait til their system is fixed and they are not sure when it will be fixeds User's recommendation: Dont change your number.
