One of the service person came and toll that our vacuum cleaner need a part to be replaced, and he said he will order that. But from the last 2 months we are not getting proper response and now the service person is not receiving the calls. Needs urgent help in it. I am very disappointed with the service. User's recommendation: I wont recommend this brand to anyone as the after sales service is very bad.
