I already reported a manufacturing fault for my Islington sofa 2 seater on the 22/11/2015 but Furniture4U Team just offered repair. When the repair person turn up told that there is no guarantee the sofa will look like as before need to be cutting So I said No to repair. Hasn't fixed the problem, then I had an email from them saying that ----- below email from furniture4u team Dear dun As we have booked in a repair for you and you didn't let them repair the sofa when they came to your property we wouldn't be able to just re send as we get charged every time for this service. If you was unsure of anything at the time of repair you would of needed to call us as we could of reassured you. It's not a problem I can rebook this. But you will need to pay for the last visit which cost £40 as this is what we were charged. Furniture4u
