I purchased a Flexsteel Club Chair and Ottoman. I am happy with comfort of product BUT color of so called leather rubs right off. Wiping off anything with just a damp cloth removes color. Cleaning with Leather Cleaner same thing happens. I have other leather furniture pieces, one is over 40 yrs. (Scandia Designs) and other is 16 yrs. Each item has been well used and neither show any sign of color loss. This brings me to conclusion product having been made in CHINA, done poorly. American companies make a profit shipping products all over world for CHEAP labor and sell products at high prices by false advertisements. Next furniture shopping trip with be back to Scandia Designs. User's recommendation: Stay away from all Made in China products.
