Invalid voucher code for Netflorist/Vodacom campaign

Netflorist campaign vouchers not enabled therefore haven't been able to use voucher code and Netflorist has been trying to resolve this since January, no feedback, no updates, tagged and copied customer care, managers and agents who were dealing with my case but no feedback as yet, below is my communication with them so far I won vouchers from Vodacom in January through their Vodacom/Netflorist campaign, but due to issues on the netflorist side I was unable to use these voucher codes and was told by their agent that I would still be able to use them after they expire, I have been following up with their agent and the last I was told was Netflorist had instructed vodacom to disable - Vodacom agent said "Netflorist had instructed us to disable the campaign until further notice for V-Day, Customers have been complaining the wicode option your site is temporarily disabled as per the below screen shot" Since this feedback Lakenia Dixon from Netflorist, no other update has been given either than its still disabled on their side, she will advise once this is sorted for them to request new voucher codes for me, The last comms she sent was on 23 Feb as attached here, ever since no response, I have been asking for feedback, added her manager, the customer service team and other people that were initially on the mail trail and to date I still haven't received any feedback. I think Netflorist does not care about their customers, Regards Tinyiko
