There is a charge on my credit card, dated 2/17/18, that I did not authorize. I have Malwarebytes coverage through a different company. The charged amount is $39.99, which appears on my Discover account. I would appreciate a prompt refund. The name on the charged amount is CBI*Malwarebytes. When I tried calling the number on my bill--[protected]--I could not reach a human being. All I got was a recorded message that I should look on the website cleverbridge.net. When I did that, I saw numerous complaints about the company not being legitimate. Please refund the charge as soon as possible.
