I am a very unhappy customer. Why am I paying so much for 10mbps. I have a friend 5 minutes away that has 50mbps and she is paying the same amount as me. I am told that 10 Mbps is all that is available in my area, well that is not my fault it's yours, how about get better service out here and you all keep advertising upgrades. What a joke, you don't tell people that it isn't available to all customers. All my neighbors complain about how ridiculous your service is out here. I can not wait until I am able to get another provider. You will lose a lot of customers as soon as river net is available in our area. And there is no reason I should have to be on hold 30 mins at a time the first time I call I waited 30 mins or more just to have someone pick the phone up and hang up than I call back and wait at least another 30 minutes to speak with someone. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
