I am a super unsatisfied customer! We requested the business package on the 2 May 2017 The lady who gave me assistance at the Etislat office was great, she assisted me within time and gave me all the information I needed. She advised she would escalate this and hopefully within a few days it would be done. I started calling for updates on the Monday (almost a week later) every day I called and asked for an update. The call center people say it is pending, sorry for the delay, then hang up. I have 4 complaint reference numbers, I have been on hold for up to 40 minutes waiting for a supervisor, I have been told someone will call me, etc And I am still waiting, I have had no feedback, no calls, and still no installation. I do not understand what kind of service you offer, the service agent should see a record of my continued calls and unhappy experience. No one can ever answer my queries or give me an opportunity to understand why there has been a delay
