Inquiry for spare parts

Nobody answered to me, I wrote to the italian branch too, they answered to me asking the product number printed on a decal or a label, but I haven't labels on my chainsaw, it's old and decals were damaged. No more contacts from official channels... In Italy dealers are big discount stores, and they don't assure a customer service for spare parts, usually defective items are changed with new ones. I think I'll have to give up...
