I love WHBM local stores but today decided to buy online. I filled out all the information but can't finish the process for no reason. I push 100 times "place order" but nothing happens. The phone line is too busy, chat is too busy. So nobody helps me. If they want a promo code, need a clearly show where I can find one because I see promo code just for full price items but I try to buy SALE. I know WHBM is a big company and my $240 is just a drop in the sea. I almost give up. Very disappointed
