Incredibly terrible customer support

Customer support is the worst I have had to deal with. I actually had to do an internet search to find the support phone number. The knowledge base did not have an answer for my issue and did not have a method on the website to contact a live person. Even the automated chat could not find anything on my issue and did not give the support number. Called the found number and got the response that support was having "technical issues call back later. User's recommendation: Do NOT buy any Brother Product.
