Incredibly poor service!!!

Thursday, March 25 (10:00am). I found items that I wished to purchase, then waited for over 10 minutes while an inept cashier scanned at least 20 items for a customer...she then proceeded to start scanning them again. She looks up and tells me she had to scan the pile by hand and would take awhile and tells me that I should go to shoes to pay. I told her that I should be able to pay at the register in the women's department to which replies "good luck". I dumped the merchandise and went to Macys and bought what I needed without any problem. If Boscov expects to stay open in Milford, CT, they might want to treat their customers a lot better. User's recommendation: Go to another store!
