Bought a 7 piece tool set back in November from my local Lowes store. Didnt really start using it till about a month ago. Last night while drilling holes in wood, the drill started making a grinding noise, started smoking, and got so hot you couldnt touch it. I spoke with 3 different customer service reps from dewalt and the best they could do is tell me IImi had to ship it in and wait a few weeks to get it back. Im in the middle of a big project and really need that drill immediately. Their customer service is horrible and I will never buy another dewalt product. Ill be selling all my dewalt tools and buying Milwaukee! User's recommendation: Buy Milwaukee its worth the extra money!
