Incorrect order fill

Placed an order for each of the 4 colors cyan,magenta, yellow and black. They sent cyna, magenta and 2 black. I called and talked to Eunice she said to sent photos of what I recieved. after a few days of nothing I called and talk to jim. He said will mail the yellow . Later got email from Junrel stating I didnd get product from them. The invoice has their name and number, the shipped box has their name. My CC bil has their name. I called credit Card, filed dispute and am being refunded within 2 days. I sent pics and went through a lot of hassle for a 50 dollar order. I did it for th princilpe of the issue,
