Incomplete product information and denied refund

Bad experience on jumia Have had a decent purchase history with jumia. Bought 4 phones in the past 2 years without issue. Ordered a phone recently. Order number [protected]. Phone is described as dual Sim and has expandable memory. When order arrived, it has a hybrid sim slot where there is only 1 Sim slot and sim2 uses same slot as SD card which means you can not use 2 sim cards and SD card at the same time which is what I got in all my previous orders . Assuming it was an error, I requested a return and ordered a second phone. It came with the same issue. Jumia has refused to refund on either orders leaving me stuck with 2 phones I don't want. I am not really interested in a refund. All I want is a real dual Sim phone with expandable memory. They have refused to acknowledge that information provided about item was incorrect or incomplete. My purchase history should count for something at the very least
