Incompetent customer care department

My wife and I purchased a three piece power sofa,power loveseat and power recliner and was told that all three would be delivered on March 9th. Well only the sofa and loveseat were delivered and was told the recliner was on order and wouldn't be in until April 26th, well over a month later. Now that's only the first of the complaints. The second complaint was after owning the 2 out of 3 pieces for a whopping 3 days one of the power chairs on the loveseat would not work and was stuck in the reclined position. The other seat worked but this one seemed not to be getting any power. I checked the connections and then called the store and they gave me a customer care number to call. I called and told them my situation and i thought being a new customer that they would come right away, boy was I wrong. They told me that they would send someone out a week later even knowing that my loveseat was stuck in a reclined position. Wait....it gets even better. I take a day off from work to meet the repair tech who came to the house nice and early. He looks at the loveseat for a couple minutes testing the only couple things that could be the problem and determines that the motor is bad. I said "ok all you have do is put a new motor in right"? He replies, " yeah but the only problem is that it's the only part I don't have on my truck and it will have to be ordered and it will take 2 to 3 weeks". How in the world do you show up to a repair and not have the parts, especially when i told them it was a power recliner with the problem. To me this is total incompetence on their end. There are only so many components for this furniture. I told them it was like sending a tree removal company to a site to remove trees and showing up without your chain saw, and then say see you in 2 to 3 weeks. What a joke this whole process has been. I will NEVER order furniture from Jennifer again!!!!!!
