Superior Tire Service, located in San Antonio, Tx, is ANYTHING but Superior. Javier Hernandez is the sole owner of said listed company, and has no clue on how to properly operate it. His technicians are ill mannered, young, bad tempered and horribly inexperienced. The goal of the company is simple..to change tires. However, depending on which technician responds to your call, you'll be offered a variety of options to enjoy while you wait...beer, liquor and even illegal narcotics! And, if you're a female driver, you'll receive improper sexual advances! The tires that Mr. Hernandez offers are usually stolen from other local companies and offered at a "reasonable" discount. He owers creditors all over the city, but, still insists, on spending money that he hasn't worked for. He abuses his staff as if they're chattle. He's even been known to cheat on his wife! But, his lack of business sense is appalling! Trust this complaint, this NOT a company to do any business with. PLEASE RETHINK YOUR CHOICES WHEN PICKING A TIRE SERVICE..SUPEIOR TIRE SERVICE IS INFERIOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU DO NOT WANT TO COME INTO ANY TYPE OF RELATIONSHIP WITH THIS SERVICE COMPANY. Remember this...once a crook, always a crook! Yes, mr. Hernandez, even has a criminal background. Do your research!
