We used Van Lines of America for a move and they were awful. They lost and damaged items, were late arriving and they had no communication. We filed a claim with CSI and they needlessly delayed it for 4 months, then made a ridiculously low settlement offer and refused to make things right. User's recommendation: Avoid them if possible.
