Inable to contact O2

I received a letter changing the terms of my contract with O2, and actually enabling me to opt out of my contract without paying early termination fee. Trying to reply to the email or contact customer services through their own website is impossible. I would like to simply terminate my contract with them, but cannot find an email address.
