In the middle of a challenging issue.
Received damaged cover: (August 2018) I picked up the cover from the shipment center to save three days shipment. Once I opened the cover I found a tear from one of the straps that was wrapped around the cardboard box holding the cover. I took pictures and sent them to the customer service. Their response was to have me store the foam, and send them the cover at my expense to repair the damage. It is very frustrating to pay $475 for an item that comes damaged and most likely would void any warranty. I would caution anyone to use this company knowing that if you receive a product that is damaged you are stuck to fix the problem yourself. Kelly Bokn
