Improper, bad and poor performance

To Aramex complaint center. My name is Doctor: Yasser Ahmed Shawky Osman, and I am a consultant at King Fahd Hospital of University, Saudi Arabia. On Saturday June 12, 2021, I went to Aramex Khobar branch to sent a shipment (A return item: which is wrist watch) to Amazon USA. The Aramex Shipper's account number is [protected]. The code on the top of my Aramex invoice is [protected]. I put inside my shipment box the return invoice provided by Amazon, which includes a code with all the item's information and its' price. However, the shipment was delayed in Dammam office & not shipped to USA for 5 days. I received a phone call on the same day Saturday June 16, 2021, from the Aramex officer named Samir Mohammed and he said that the officer from Aramex-Dammam branch is requesting another additional Amazon return invoice for my shipment. I said clearly and confirmed to Mr. Samir that the return invoice which I have attached already inside my shipment is the only return invoice send by Amazon-returns to me. Surprisingly, On Tuesday June 15, 2021, (i.e. after 4 days), I received a phone call at 10:30 pm from an Aramex officer in Khobar named Samir Mohammed (if this is his true name) and said to me that my shipment will not be shipped to USA ??!!! and asked me to collect my shipment tomorrow Wednesday June 16, at Aramex khobar branch when it arrives back from Dammam?? and we do not know at what time actually it will be delivered back from Dammam. Dear Aramex manager, is this the proper way to do business with your customers??!! Is it OK to delay shipping my item and keeping it at your offices for 5 days, and insisting that there is additional Amazon return invoice, which does not exist at all?? and after delaying my shipment for 5 days, simply your officer said to me: come and collect back your shipment?? If your Dammam branch officers do not know about the Amazon returned items regulations, and I am sure they do not know, they should return my item back to me soon, after 24 hours and not to keep it for 5 days and then call me at night to tell me come and collect your item tomorrow. A very important point is that the Amazon-return regulations state that return items should be returned back to Amazon-return office within 5 days from receiving it or Amazon will not refund me my money back, even if they receive the shipment afterwards. The price of this wrist watch is 1167 Saudi Riyals. Who is going to carry this penalty?? Me or the Aramex, who kept my shipment inside their offices for 5 days and after that returning my shipment back to me !! Who will be responsible for my money loss due to delay of shipping my item, or even returning my shipment back to me soon within 24 hours from receiving it, so I can ship my item to Amazon through other recognized & responsible carrier company such as DHL. Please, I am waiting for your reply and feedback on my complaint. Thanks
