Update by user Aug 04, 2021 4th August and no further help from Tom Tom. No indication that they even care. I'm having to rely on my mobile using Googlemaps alongside my Tom Tom when I'm driving anywhere I don't know as I cannot rely on it. Original review posted by user Jul 05, 2021 I need help. I have tried to fix the problems myself but have been unable to and am going round in circles. So the company says I can email them but doesn't give a handy email address. It also says I can use online chat to talk to an agent, but following their instructions leads to a dead end and not to an agent. So I am left with manuals, videos and a chatbot, none of which resolve my issues. User's recommendation: Don't buy a TomTom sat nav because human backup is not provided.
