Hi, good day. I booked a ticket from MMT yesterday August 6, 2021. They processed the payment transaction, deducted the payment but no ticket has been issued instead they sent me a message that my booking has failed but they already deducted the payment from my card. My booking id is AN7914755544552, rountrip ticket from Dubai to Amman via fly Dubai. I check the status and my refund has not been processed yet but I was inform that it was already initiated but nobody from. MMT can explain what really happen to my failed booking. Kindly please processed my full refund immediately. Do not add up to the problem that most of us were struggling due to this pandemic, I booked from MMT because I thought it was a legit online agency.My name is Marvilyn C.
