Horrible customer service and managers change at least twice a year and they raise rent every year to horrible expensive rates! I'm paying more for a storage unit than I would for a one bedroom apartment and they make it impossible for me to save enough money to move my stuff out. They hire rude people to live in their storage facilities and these people won't even take care of snow removal. I would not recommend them to anyone! User's recommendation: stay away from these people they are awful.
