Manager issues letting my ex boy friend who is not on my lease why would I put him on lease if he abuses me

The property manager letting some one take my lock off my unit and then change it now I can’t get my things trying to see what to do User’s recommendation: I would not when they let other people not on lease get in an change lock.

We the customer. Seem to mean nothing.

They Kept us locked out of our unit for a couple of days. And inconvenience us All along, promising if we waited. They would. Take off of the rent. In lieu of inconvenience since then they’vethey raiseraised our rates. Charged multiple fees. Gave us a complete run around. Understaffed and poorly managed!
