I’m ready to hang myself

This has been going on for 15 days now. They gave me two phone numbers to call:If I dial +1 64*-***-****, I get a message that number is not allocated. If I dial 646-558-****, it tells me to enter my mailbox number. My mailbox number is 805-637-****. Your message says that this is incorrect. I confirmed the with T-Mobile, my cell phone carrier, they assured me that this is my correct mailbox number. I called my mail box number and it is correct, it went straight to my mailbox. I also called 434-340-**** and the message I'm receiving is "not in service TX00256" User's recommendation: Never use these idiots. I will had documentation as soon as I scan all of it.
