I purchased furniture covers for recliner and love seat. They arrived in one box...the fit of the love seat cover was bad so I returned both in the original box which cost me $68.00, USPS parcel post. When they credited my account they left open a balance of $20.01 which apparently was their shipping costs which is not refundable. Now my account shows a $1.58 finance charge. There is no end to their greed. The only thing I have to show for this whole experience and $89.00 is a trip to the post office. TTTT User's recommendation: Run away.
