I'm a seller and for no reason at all for any reason specified to me my account has been given limitations. I'm still able to complete orders via email but I cannot respond to customers I cannot mark my orders as shipped and I cannot even log into the app. I've been with Etsy and have three stores for the last 4 years. User's recommendation: I love love it but it drives me crazy.
