Ikea Not Processing Online Order

Re: Order No. [protected] I placed an online order to be delivered - and paid for the $49 shipping fee. My order was processed at 10:30 AM this morning and I received 2 emails to verify my order was processed and when I should expect it. Later today I received 2 voice mail calls verifying to have someone at my home to accept the order. Later today - 3 hours after I received confirmation of delivery, I get a form letter stating were so sorry but your order is now refunded - due to out of stock product. I would like to know why my order was not pulled at the Fishers, Indiana and why they sold the product I had ordered to another person. After waiting on hold for 40 minutes - Ebony - your supervisor said that no one at the company could help me out because it's company policy to sell product that was ordered online to customers in the store. I just spent $4, 000 at IKEA in Fishers - poor customer service now - I will never shop at this store again!!!
